William N. Theriault established his law practice in Montpelier at the turn of the 20th century and partnered with his son-in-law Fletcher Joslin in 1946. After more than one hundred years, Theriault & Joslin  thrives as a successful litigation and insurance defense practice in our state’s capital, contributing to the evolution and development of Vermont law. At Theriault & Joslin, P.C., we are principally dedicated to handling matters in litigation. The firm’s trial practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
